Earthen
Earthen is a marking likened to cracked earth, tree roots, veins or spilled oil separating on a surface. It creates dark, interwoven streaks on a horse's body.
The geno code for Earthen is written as:
nEr or ErEr
Earthen can cover up to 75 % of the horse's body, and may appear anywhere on the body, in any direction. Streaks that meet the mane or tail will follow through the hairs. It should always diverge and reconnect, and never branch out from a single point like lightning. The cracks should be narrow and defined, with plenty of veins. The cracks may create 'holes' between the veins, but should never have any free floating spots or spots. Earthen may have a slightly darker edge or display a gradient to it's colour.
