Caramel

Caramel is a random, non-hereditary mutation that may occur in any breeding. Caramel is a form of Albino, restricting all black pigment from the horse's body, leaving behind vibrant yellow, or caramel, tones. Unlike Albino, Caramel only dilutes the black in the coat, allowing markings to show. Much like albino and melanistic, Caramel covers the entire body. Caramel will also dilute the skin to a light cream to pink tone, and lighten the horse's eyes to a hazel or golden color.
