Abundism

Described as pseudomelanism, adundism is a variant of dark pigmentation, identifiable as an extreme morphing of specific dark markings. These markings will have a widespread, ink-like concentration that extends or 'bleeds' far outside their normal range. This spread should maintain a relatively hard edged appearance and shouldn't fade into the coat (slight halos or soft edges are allowed). As it is a partial melanism, abundism should cover no more than 50 % of the body. Unlike full melanism, abundism will not hide white markings.

Abundism should preserve the overall characteristics of an individual marking.
E.g. Rosettes will not form stripes, Dun and Takhö will not have swirls or spotting, Maze will not mimic Mystic, etc. No extreme halos or blurring should be present outside what is normal.

Markings affected by abundism:
Dun, Earthen, Maze, Mystic, Rosettes, Takhö
